Lost return shipping label?

I’ve lost the return shipping label. Customer support doesn’t seem to understand that the iPhone I want to return is for the trade in. They seem to think I want to return the iPhone I just bought. Even this will only let me select the new iPhone 12 as a topic not the 8 I am trying to return.

iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14

I suggest using the "Contact Support" link in the upper right-hand side of this forum's web page. Try explaining that you misplaced the trade-in shipping label and you are requesting a replacement label. Alternatively, the third-party evaluator should have been providing you with emails that should include how to contact them for a replacement mailing label.
