Hello! I have bought second hand MacBook Air 2020. I can not login to it. I have got error: “Your Apple ID has been locked for security reasons. To unlock it, you must verify your identity.” When I push “Unlock account”, “An unknown error occurred”. How can I sign in on my new Makbook Air with my Apple ID? My Apple ID is Russia region and I am currently in China!

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.
