How do I delete an album?

Before you delete an Album it is recommended to remove all the pictures within it. Otherwise, it is possible that the pictures that had been in the Album would still be listed as being in an Album that you can't access - the 'Not in any album' bug.

Control click on an album in the sidebar in Photos on a Mac and then click Delete Album.
