iMessage and FaceTime unknown error when logging in
Hi,
When I try to log in to my iMessage or Facetime on my MacBook Air it says an unknown error occurred. I tried to log out from my Apple ID, iCloud on Mac to see if I can log in but still couldn't.
All the things I tried:
- NVRAM reset
- SMC
- log out and log in again from iCloud (Apple ID)
- using external hard drive (still didn't work)
- logged in to iCloud online and remove device
- updated software to the latest (it didn't work neither with Mojave, Catalina nor with the new Big Sur
- checked time and location
- I tried almost all the things I found on the internet
Everything else works fine except iMessage and FaceTime.
