I have a charger that I haven’t used for a long time because it charges but it will drain, so I stoped using it for a while, and when I tried today I tried it and it did work just that I’m afraid that the corrision will spread to my iPad charge port. Any way to remove it.

You should buy a new lightning charging cable. Make sure that it is MFi certified:
Identify counterfeit or uncertified Lightning connector accessories
