Any ideas how to get Epsom Xp 30 printer to run on macOS big sur

Is that an Epson XP-30 or XP-300 printer. If it's the latter it's AirPrint compatible and doesn't need any drivers to work with a Mac. See this Apple document: About AirPrint - Apple Support

I can't find an Epson XP-30 listed at the Epson site. How old it the printer?

I’ve had it a long time,it worked fine until I updated to macOS big sur

Its part of the 330 series

The Epson XP-330 is supported with AirPrint. So you should be able to get it to work with Big Sur.
