PROBLENS INSTAGRAM NEW IPHONE 12 pro max

I’m having the same problem! I begin filming and suddenly the camera jumps to the .5 zoom. This is the 1st I’ve been able to find anyone else experiencing this.

I have the newest OS update and Instagram is also updated. What could be the issue?

I’m also experiencing the same issue! I have the iPhone 12 pro and every time I film a story on Instagram it switches to 0.5 ultra wide angle.

I’ve noticed this is a problem unique to Instagram camera only and it doesn’t occur when I film a video normally.

Perhaps it’s a bug within IG ?

Ask Instagram for help with their software.

I’m also having the same problem. I updated to the most recent version and still the camera changes I even tried deleting the app and re-uploading and it wouldn’t work. How can this be fixed?
