How do I get weak security off or fix it?

That is a warning that your iPhone has provided on behalf of your Wi-Fi Network. You will need to change your security settings for your Wi-Fi Network through your Router. Sounds complex? It is not. Please refer to your Router's manual to change the Wi-Fi Router's settings, including security features. If you do not have the manual available then contact the Router's manufacturer / provider and they should be able to help you.
