how can mid 2011 iMac OS upgraded from HighSierra to the latest OS?

I have mid 2011 iMac and I wanna upgrade its OS from high sierra to the latest OS kinda Mojave or Catalina or hopefully big sur but its OS system always rejected. Can anyone help me to solve the issue here?
