iPad is not starting

My iPad is a 7th generation iPad and is updated to the latest version. Whenever I use it after 2-5 mins the screen goes black. Then I have to restart it. Yesterday it went black and when I tried to restart it the apple logo appeared and it went black again. Now even though I don’t touch it it is going black and getting restarted and goes black in microseconds.

Try a "forced" restart of your iPad:

  • On an iPad with a Home button: Press and hold the top (power) button and the Home button at the same time. When the Apple logo appears, release both buttons.
  • On other iPad models: Press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the top (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears, release that button (ignoring all other screens that might appear).

Regards

Giulio
