cannot log into Messages and Facetime in Big Sur

I just updated the big sur with te latest version. Now I cannot login to iMessage and Facetime. The ID and password are definately correct. It shows nothing.

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 11.0

We see that you're having some trouble getting iMessage and FaceTime activated on your Mac. We would recommend trying the steps listed here:


If you can't sign in to your iMessage account or FaceTime on your Mac - Apple Support


If issues persist, then we'd recommend that you Contact Apple Support.
