Big surf: Software update problems HELP

I am trying to update the software but it’s freeze since yesterday in the same parte! Could any one give me a solution? The model It’s a MacBook Pro 2017

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

Now it’s ok, I turned off and then it worked as normal (thanks god haha).

Do you mean like more than 1 hour? I ran the update and it got to 98% of the completed bar and stopped, just left with the apple logo on screen, does it reall take this long

Mine took 5 hours.

Apple is very busy sending software. Each Mac user is trying to download 20GB's each.
