add RAM

How can I add memory to my 21.5" Imac 2017? Can it be done by Apple / others

There is no self install option on the 21.5" models unless you are knowledgeable enough to take apart the entire screen to access RAM slots. This is not supported by Apple can can void your warranty. Apple suggests you consult with an Authorized Service provider for RAM upgrades on these models. Apple retail Stores will not perform RAM upgrades directly on these models.
