I have my appearance set to dark mode (System Preferences -> General -> Appearance -> Dark).
My system and dock turn dark, but my menu bar doesn't turn dark.
More specifically ... the menu bar dropdowns are correctly in dark mode, but the menu bar itself is not in dark mode. Anybody know how to resolve this?

Check the Reduce Transparency and Increase Contrast checkbox in the System/Accessability/Display preference pane.
No... I have the same thing as you... You just have to change to a dark background, I think
Yeah It isn't a problem... If you change to one of the dark backgrounds then it will become dark. Hope this helps
I've seen others use light backgrounds. When I see them change to "Dark Mode", their menu bar goes much more dark and opaque than mine.
Is that true for you too?
