Touch issue

I just bought 12 mini few days back and i am facing touch issue on lockscreen and flashlight camera buttons are not working at all. Not able to answer any call when I’m on lockscreen

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 14

Please make sure you have a current backup of your iPhone and make sure you've updated your iPhone to the newly released iOS 14.2.1 update. This update should help resolve the issue you're currently having:
