Unable to update to Big Sur even apple claimed that the issue has been resolved
I saw the issue is resolved but the error message still occurred when try to update to Big Sur
MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15
Apple's servers are overloaded. This is NOT the same as there was an issue with the server itself. Everyone is trying to download Big Sur at once.
You'll unfortunately have to keep trying.
I'm going through the same frustration.
It's not you or your computer.....
