My Apple Watch screen is not responding to touch. How do I fix it.

Have you the water lock on?
If so, turn the digital crown continuously in one direction until it beeps.
If not have you tried a forced reset?
Hold the side button and the digital crown in for 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo then release.
