Incoming no caller ID

My friend is currently using an iPhone XS Max, and when ever they receive a call it shows up as no caller ID, we’ve gone into settings, under caller ID and it’s all disabled.

Hi Axel, it’s when I receive a call, I have the contacts saved on my phone, and when ever I receive a call no matter who from it appears as no caller ID, I’ve look though the settings and I’ve gone to my carrier and nothing seems to be wrong

Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

  • Press and quickly release Volume UP button
  • Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
  • Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).

Does this happen with anyone that you call? If YES then the issue is with you. You stated that your caller ID display feature is setup correctly on your iPhone. This feature is controlled and offered by your carrier. I recommend that you contact our carrier and tell them that your calls go out as anonymous and they should be able reset your account and fix this.
