Unkown error (4010)

I'm trying to update my iPhone to 14.2 using my Windows 10 computer iTunes. I'm getting a error message: iPhone cannot be updated. Unknown error (4010)

See the answer here stating that it is a firewall or anti virus issue.

error code 4010 why does it keep showing

Thank you. I will temporarily disable my firewall or antivirus the next time I get this error message. This time when I tried about half an hour later to do the update, it went fine.
