I bought an Apple Watch Series 5 GPS+Cellular in Mexico and I want to use in UK. Is is possible to use the cellular feature given than I have a contract with a carrier that supports Apple Watch LTE?

No it won't work in the uk the radio frequencies are different to mexico,you can use it as a GPS only watch though.
And the warranty is only good for Mexico.
