Issue with imessage and facetime

i tried all what apple said and still i never get option for selecting my number in imessage and i got option for my aplle id but not of my number and i tried each and everything i saw on apple website

Have you added the number to your Apple ID? You need to change/add the number on your Apple ID. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync. Before trying to make the change, sign out of Messages/FaceTime on all devices/computers.
