watch app can't be opened on my iPhone

Suddenly my watch disconnected form my iPhone , I tried to shutdown both devices and opened again but the same problem.

I tried to unpair and pair it again , the watch app is not opening on my iPhone it is just open is then disappear so i cant sync and pair with the watch.
