Disabled Phone

I’m trying to unlock my other phone, i forgot the password and it is now disabled. It is telling me to go to itunes but i’m struggling to understand what i’m meant to do.

Plug it into a Windows or Mac computer that is running iTunes (or a recent Mac using only Finder). See the instructions in If you forgot the passcode on your iPhone, or your iPhone is disabled - Apple Support
