my mac will not update to 10.15.7

Hi there

I am trying since weeks to update but it does not load or update

Mac Book Air 13"

Thanks for the hint - I am down to 10 GB but I read it requires 6 GB or more

Do you get any error messages when you try upgrading? Which exact model is your MacBook Air?

Hi, no error messages - just restarting but the reminder comes back.

It is a Mac Book Air 13" 2012

First off how much empty space is on the drive?

If less than at least 20+ GB it will not install and will not alert you to the lack of empty space
