Suspicious Apple email

Hello all,

I received this email from AppIe (digital-no-reply@xmimg.apple.com) looking quite similar to Apple emails but refers to some case of a "problem with the payment method" that I have no idea of, therefore I believe it is a clever phishing, what would be your comments?
