Relocated items after update to Catalina

What do I need to do with the stuff in the Relocated Items folder? I do not understand the "instructions" in the folder. I have no idea which files I should move or where to move them.

iMac 21.5″, macOS 10.15

Relocated Items Newly upgraded Catalina (From High Sierra) created the Relocated Items folder, hidden in the Users file. I have many folders there that contain files I need. They are compatible with Catalins, except for a few random files that are no longer supported. I want to move these files to a more accessible location, similar to the "hard drive" where they used to be. Any suggestions?

Relocated Items folder I just migrated from an older MacBook Air to the newer M1 with Big Sur. I ended up with a folder on my desktop called RelocatedItems.nosync. I read the Apple support document about the folder which suggested I "can move them to a new location, as long as it is different from their location before the...migration." I don't know what that statement means. I do I know where a different location might be if I don't know where they came from? Most of the files I looked at in the subfolders are already on my M1 like drivers for my printers (which work) and some other things. Can I just delete that folder?
