Downloading CDs from Mac to iPhone

I have about 200 CDs copied to my Mac. How do I download those music files onto my iPhone (instead of the lower quality Apple Music files) ?

Transfer music from Mac to iPhone 12 I recorded all my music CDs to my Mac Studio. I want to have those music files on my iPhone 12. I've tried the suggestions in help but nothing seems to transfer.
