Free year of Apple TV

My free year of Apple TV is not up until January 2021. I have not logged into Apple TV for a few months. Now when I log in it wants me to subscribe when I should have about 3 more free months. I have updated my software and still same results. Any ideas on why this is happening? Thank you for any help provided.
