no "accounts" with "passwords" on iphone

trying to add email account and when I got to "Accounts & Passwords" I only have "passwords"

If you have updated to iOS 14 or recently gotten a new device with iOS 14, the selections were split and moved. Account related stuff for Mail, Contacts and Calendars were moved back under SETTINGS > MAIL > ACCOUNTS.
