How to fix my IPhone 7 when I get the message “unable to update” and I have no cellular service

You need to update over WiFi or through your computer. See if this helps: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201263

Thanks that was helpful. It keeps showing me the following screen

My 1st IPhone I inherited from my Dad, who passed away 5/2018. Gonna upgrade when funds permits
