It won't let me play a song I purchased

I downloaded a song and tried to play it. itunes told me my computer wasn't authorized to listen to said song. I deauthorized my computer, then reauthorized and it still gave the same message. I reauthorized using their idiot box and still it won't let me play the song I PURCHASED.

Why can't I authorize a song on my PC's itunes? There's an album that I downloaded a while back and every song plays except one. When I try to play it, it tells me that my computer is not authorized to play this song. I enter my ID and password and it says that my computer is reauthorized. However, it still will not play, saying that my device is not authorized. I go through the process multiple times but with no change. I cannot redownload the song or figure out a way around this. How can I figure a way around this glitch? Thanks.

Itunes purchases say my computer isn't authorized to play I just bought music. When I go to play, three of the songs tell me that my computer isn't authorized to play those songs. I reauthorize and I get a message that this computer is already authorized. Each time I want to listen to the song I have to reauthorize and I can't burn them to cd because of this issue. Help... I am getting more and more frustrated with iTunes. I used to be able to call someone and get immediate help. Can't seem to do that anymore.

Delete and redownload the song which won't play; if you get told that you'll be charged again, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for assistance.
