How do I rearrange pages on my iPad?

It isn’t possible to directly insert an empty Home Page between existing Home Pages.

To create a new Home Page, it is necessary to drag an existing App to a new page at the end of the existing sequence of pages; if all existing Home Pages are full, the system will automatically create a new page:

If you wan to to get a page between the current pages, move apps you don't want in the current page to another page, or past the last page to generate a new page.
