How do I rearrange pages on my iPad?

Just got an iPad Pro, second generation, 10.5 inch. I want to insert a page of apps between two other pages. Is this possible?

It isn’t possible to directly insert an empty Home Page between existing Home Pages.


To create a new Home Page, it is necessary to drag an existing App to a new page at the end of the existing sequence of pages; if all existing Home Pages are full, the system will automatically create a new page:
