still no Pr.changes sent after deleting the performances folder on logic 10.51

Logic 10.5.1 won't let send program changes to an instrument even after all performance folders deleted in the channel strip settings. Note that prog change can be sent from an edited part but not directly from your external midi controller to the virtual instrument. I also deleted the preferences. Any Idea ? best

Definitely works here. Logic 10.4.4 (stable hardly any bugs) version!

Take a look in Project Settings/MIDI/Input Filter.... make sure PG isn't selected.

You don't have to delete anything.


You're certain the keyboard is transmitting on the correct channel, channel strip is set to the same channel. (shouldn't make any difference) what Instrument, is it MIDI channel specific?

Also, have you altered the Environment?
