How do I highlight and remove highlight from cell?
I want to highlight and remove highlight on numbers on my mac mini, under the insert tab the highlight option is greyed out.

Hi breakerwannab,
Insert highlight works only on text selected inside a text box or inside a shape.
To highlight text inside a table cell, select the text, then Format panel > Text > Gear wheel > Text Background and choose a colour.
