My App Library has disappeared
My App Library on my iPad has disappeared. There is also no option to move an app if I press on an icon
There is no App Library on the iPad. It's a feature for iPhones.

I don't believe the differences are significant enough to make it difficult for a phone user to use and iPad. They're 95%+ the same.
Thank you, I finally realized it. I am so use to my phone and iPad behaving the same. I even tell my family if they can use the iPhone, then the iPad will be the same, not true is it?
