iPad app library

The App Library is a feature of iOS for iPhone - that is not replicated in iPadOS for iPad.

Apple do invite submission of constructive feedback, comments and feature requests via their product feedback pages:

In exactly the same way, the Wallet and Health Apps are similarly iPhone only.

Whilst iPad does not feature a Wallet App, it does have a Wallet section within iPad Settings where your can set your Credit Card details for use with online ApplePay payments.
