Smart Tempo is crashing Logic Pro 10

When Logic Pro X 10.1.15 tries to analyse imported audio in wav, MP3, or aiff format (and probably all others), for Smart Tempo it crashes. I've created a YouTube video of it happening. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BIpboqijbK8

I've tried different formats
Restarted the application
Created a new project
Restarted my Macbook Pro,
Deleted and reinstalled Logic

Made no difference

Has anyone experienced this or knows how to fix it?

Apple Support helped me isolate it: the issue was the file itself (not sure how I didn't notice!) But I recommend calling them; they know their stuff!!
