Hi, Last 2 days ago I purchased MacBook pro in Education price and I got an email from Apple that they did receive my order. But right now I feel like they are processing my order too long and I didn't receive any email ask for my Student ID to proof that I'm Student so I just want to know did they normally take this long or is something wrong?

I did try but when I try I can't find any choice for me to ask about purchase online product because most choice is about fixing macbook or if it does have can you please tell me where to go ?
