Currently, the “Personalized Ads” option on my IPhone 8 is turned off. I tried to toggle it on, however it would not turn on. The toggle button is still there, it just doesn’t let me change it. Why is that and how can I fix it?

Check Settings > Privacy > Analytics & Improvements > Share iPhone & Watch Analytics. It should be “on”.

Do you have a. work email on this iPhone? Have you checked restrictions in screen time.
