Hello, my names jasemine and I was wondering about my calling and receiving calls. My calls go through but I can’t hear anything on my end and the person can’t hear anything on their End. How would I fix this? Also when i would FaceTime my screen would go black. This phone is brand new! I got it about a year ago in august

1) restart your phone if you've not already done it.

If you can‘t make or receive calls on your iPhone
