My personal hotspot
I'm using an iPhone 8, my personal hotspot can't be connected to another cellphone in other words other people can't use my hotspot. How come? Is there any solution?

Do you have the Hotspot feature activated successfully with your carrier? It is a carrier supported feature and therefore I am asking.
