I want to update my Apple Watch but I don't have enough space...
I tried to delete apps or music or photos but I still need more space...
What I can do??
If I will reset my apple watch my all data will be deleted? including my training history? and heath data?

don't update, watch os 6 version is much better than os7. you'll regret it if upgrade it to watch os 7
