I am at a standstill. I need to update my Apple Watch and I've deleted ALL the deletable apps, turned off everything I thought might be taking up space, etc., and I still do not have enough space to update. What do I do now?

Unpair your Apple Watch via the Watch app on your iPhone.
Then Re-pair your Apple Watch,this deletes temporary and corrupted files and also re-indexes the file system freeing up a surprisingly large amount of storage space.
