I have been using a shared album on photos with family and suddenly new photos my daughter posted aren't updating on my MacBook. I can still see them on my phone. How can I fix this so they update on my MacBook again?

First check family sharing is still on in settings, and that you are sharing with everyone you should be.
Then check in photos icloud prefereces that shared albums is on.
If they are both already on, and the shared album is still not syncing, try turning them both off, waiting a while then turning them on again.
