i am not able to backup my phone data on icloud & whatsapp chat history backup also. using iphone 7 with ios 14.0.1. everytime its saying that storage is not enough.
also tell how to delete the documents portion which is being occupied in icloud? I have deleted all history, files & every possible thing.

Per the first screenshot, the WhatsApp backup size is 1.87GB and you only have 1.8GB left (5GB - 3.2GB) so you will need to increase your iCloud storage (purchase more), because 3.2GB + 1.87GB = 5.07GB.
