why my iphone6 doesnt want to sync with itunes.

I have been unable to sync my iphone 6 + and itunes. I've used a new cable. Restarted my iphone and my pc. Please help. I'm using Windows 10

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 9

Connect iPhone to Computer


Use your USB lightening cable --> Resolve USB-related alerts in iTunes - Apple Support

If unable to connect --> If iTunes doesn't recognize your iPhone, iPad, or iPod - Apple Support
