How do i get text messages forwarded to an android phone from an iphone 6?

You are not going to be able to achieve that based on what you are asking. Text message forwarding only works among iPhones and those devices have to be logged on to the same Apple ID. An android based iPhone cannot log into an Apple ID.
Note that you can manually forward any text message to any mobile phone in the world however not automatically while using iPhones.
