My Apple Watch won’t connect with my iPhone It was connected

I just noticed that my iPhone cannot connect to my Apple Watch it stopped tracking my activities it was not synced with my phone anymore

Did you already unpair the Apple Watch, set it up as new device and pair it again with your iPhone?
