How I make screen time control on only one devices out of two devices but both with one iCloud account?

My child has two devices one is Mac book air and other is iPhone, and both has one profile only of iCloud account, how I can only control restrictions on one of them and not both together?

I need for example to only put downtime on the mobile and not on the Mac book air!

all this I’m doing from my own mobile as a family sharing screen time

iPhone X, iOS 14
