Adobe Flash

Safari 14 does not support Adobe Flash... How can we overcome this if we have Safari 14 on our Mac

as certain website still use Adobe Flash until its EOL in December 2020?

You use another browser that has not removed Flash support from it. Firefox still supports Flash, but it is disabled by default, and you must enable it in Firefox settings. Even Firefox is scheduled to remove Flash support in Jan 2021.
